The 25th annual general meeting of Nepal Economic Association (NEA) today unanimously elected an executive committee led by Prof Dr Bishwambher Pyakuryal.

Prof Dr Bhawani Dhungana and Dr Chiranjivi Nepal are elected unopposed vice presidents, whereas Gopal Prasad Tiwari has been elected as secretary general, the association said, adding that Khom Raj Kharel and Prof Shanta Singh are elected secretary and treasurer, respectively.

Likewise, the meeting also elected Dr Prithvi Raj Ligal, Dr Posh Raj Pandey, Prof Bijaya Shrestha, Prof Keshav Raj Khadka, Madhav Prasad Dahal, Mani Kumar Nepal, Shivaraj Adhikari, Yadavmani Upadhyaya, Nabin Adhikari and Jamuna Shrestha as members of the committee.
