The government has requested Sherpas – the mountain guides – not to abandon Mt Everest expedition.

The Sherpas have been in dilemma on wither to avert a climbing after the deadliest avalanche ever recorded on Mt Everest.

They have threatened to boycott the climbing season after they lost their 13 friends in the avalanche. Three Sherpas are still missing and are presumed dead. The Sherpas have been demanding more insurance money and more financial aid for the families of the victims.
